Terms of Service

Version 2.0 · In force from 2 August 2026

The rules between you and Breeze Apply LLC, which runs Skip Applying. Ordering means you accept them. Clause 3 is the one that matters.

1. What you buy

A pack of job applications. You connect your own LinkedIn or Indeed account, we sign in as you in a cloud browser, and we apply to jobs matching the search you set. Every application is sent from your account and appears in the job board’s history as something you did.

2. What you let us do

Connecting an account lets us apply for jobs as you, and nothing else. We do not post, message, or change your settings. Disconnect at /connect and we can no longer act as you. The account must be your own, and what you tell us must be true, because it goes to real employers under your name.

3. The risk to your account. Read this one.

Automating a LinkedIn or Indeed account is against their rules. Using this service can get your account restricted or permanently closed. That risk is yours, not ours. We are not responsible if it happens, and we cannot get an account back.

If losing that account would be a serious problem for you, do not connect it. We have no approval or partnership from either job board. Connecting an account is how you accept this, and we record when you did.

4. What we deliver

After you pay we ask for your resume and a few details, then we start. An application counts against your pack only when the job board confirms it was submitted; failures and jobs we skip never count. Job boards cap how many one account may send per day, so a pack usually runs over several days. Your order page lists every application, with a timestamp.

We promise to submit applications. We promise nothing about replies, interviews, or whether a posting was real.

5. AI writes some of your answers

Forms ask things your resume does not cover, so an AI model answers them from your profile, and the tailoring add-on rewrites your resume for each job. AI gets things wrong, the answers go out under your name, and you are responsible for them. Check your order page and tell us if something is wrong.

6. Payment and refunds

A one-time payment in US dollars through Stripe. Nothing renews. If we do not deliver every application you paid for, email supportapplyservice@gmail.com and we refund what we did not deliver.

We may refuse or stop an order — for a false profile, an account that is not yours, or a disputed payment — and we refund the rest when we do. Please talk to us before raising a chargeback; we keep a timestamped record of every application.

7. What we are not liable for

The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for anything a job board does to your account, including restriction, suspension and permanent closure — you accepted that risk at clause 3. We are not liable for jobs you did not get, or for what an employer does with your application.

Where we are liable at all, the most we will owe you for an order is what you paid for it, never lost earnings or lost opportunity. Nothing here removes a liability the law where you live does not let us remove.

8. Law and contact

Governed by the law of the State of Utah, United States, and its courts. What we collect and how to delete it is in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
